finally i donated my very first blood at 2day afternoon....
after class which is around 2pm...a lil bit hungry and onli slept for 4 hours...
but i passed the blood pressure test ^^
so i can donate lo =.=
eventually....i lost almost 500ml of blood....duh...kinda lost my energy too...feels weak
